Returns Policy
Due to the time, energy and material cost involved in creating a custom-made BOO! product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All BOO! products are handmade with an individual dog in mind, so please ensure you have placed your order correctly with colour, size, style and hardware options confirmed, as mistakes cannot be rectified once an order is in the ‘making up’ process. Each item is handmade from your measurements, specifications and order placement and as such we can’t offer refunds or exchanges (unless, of course, a mistake has been made at our end).
In the unlikely event of you experiencing any faults associated with your product, it will either be replaced or repaired free of charge from a time period of one year from purchase. This does not include items which have been damaged or broken through misuse. Basically, if your dog chews its collar we can’t fix that, but any failure resulting from product manufacture will be taken care of. We wish there was a way to make a 100% indestructible collar, but unfortunately such a product does not exist; leather is a natural material and even metal has a breaking point.
Of course we don’t anticipate any problems. What we can promise, is that although we are not a tannery or a metal foundry, we make every effort to source the best leather and hardware available. All our hardware (buckles, d-rings, keepers) are either solid brass (gold colour) or solid brass or steel with nickel-plate (silver colour). Our black, brown and tan leather is English bridle leather, and our soft garment-grade leather linings are lamb nappa. We can’t do better than that. At the end of the day, Boo the Dobermann uses all the gear we make, and if it wasn’t top-notch, then there’s no way she’d wear it. We stand by and believe in the materials we use and the products we make.
In any and all instances, BOO! and its owners are not liable for anything beyond replacement or repair of the product, for a time period of one year from purchase. By ordering from us, you recognise and comply with these terms.
This is our product guarantee and promise to you.
Special Note...
ALL collars should be checked regularly for damage and excessive wear and tear. Remember that no collar is indestructible!

We at BOO! believe in handmade artisan products which have been lovingly handcrafted with respect for the tradition of our trade. We are a small speciality maker and not a mass-manufacturer.
